How it works:

Our first meeting will let us get to know you and you know us by discussing goals, nutrition, past fitness, and more. Once the program starts we will cover the five fundamentals of fitness including; cardio respiratory, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, body composition, and most importantly, nutrition. Training will also focus on injury prevention, increasing flexibility, and range of motion.

*Each session is 55 minutes with a fitness professional. Sessions are done at Fit For Adventure or Gold's Gym Meridian. Clients must be a member at either gym. Memberships are discounted for clients at both gyms!
